We carefully select the best courier option for each shipment to ensure secure and prompt delivery. After dispatch, your tracking number will be sent to you via our email. Refunds

Refunds are generally available if the item is returned within 4 to 5 working days from the date of purchase.

Product Condition: The item generally needs to be returned in its original condition, including tags and packaging. It should be unworn and unwashed.

Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation may be required to process the refund.

Refund Payment Method: Once the item is returned in its original condition, your refund will be processed and the credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 15 working days from when the item is received.

Return Shipping Charges: You are responsible for shipping the item to the designated return location and you will need to cover the return shipping charges.

Exchanges

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
